Is there anyany packing charges?
All Food materials should be compulsorily packed. Usually packing will be free for small package. It depends from case to case. will let you know at the time of booking, if special care is needed to avoid damage of foods.

Any weight restrictions for the packages?
Maximum 30kgs of each package(for easy handling). There is no limitations no. of packages you can send in one booking. So, literally no.

what should be the maximum invoice value for gifts and personal package?
Maximum invoice value has to be within INR 30,000. In any case. It can be any value for Commercial Shipments

How is the weight calculated?
As per the industry standards Weight is calculated after packing as the higher of the physical and volumetric weight. The Volumetric weight calculation varies between domestic and international. For example, if the actual weight is 5 kgs and the volumetric weight is 7 kgs, then the charges are based on 7 kgs. Also the weights are always rounded to the next nearest 0.5 kg. If the weight is 7.2 kgs, then payment is taken for 7.5 kgs.

What if parcel received is damaged from inside?
We nor the courier carrier are responsible for the damage of the goods intransit. You should make sure enough cusion for fragile items before packing of goods.

What does custom clearance hold / charges mean in international shipments?
Most international shipments are required to go through a customs clearance procedure. When this happens, Improper documentation / prohibited items can delay clearance, which slows down the clearance process and delivery of the goods. We are not responsible for such delays as it is beyond our control.
Consignee has to follow up with the courier carrier & Customs duty officer in their country to speed up the process.
If any custom duty involved has to be paid while receiving the package.
Things to Remember :
1. Any type of electronics like phone, tablets, tv etc are accepted depending on the receivers country. It's suggested to take consent of receiver country's custom duty officer.
2. Customs/duties and other related charges/fees is the responsibility of the customer
3. If the consignment is subject to any customs/duties, destination customs authorities will contact receiver and inform the customs/taxes charges. Once that is paid, packages will be cleared next working day for delivery to the address on the package.
4. Proper care should be taken to pack the materials to avoid damage with regular handling.
5. The courier charges will depend upon the size of the box and weight of the box as the charges are based on both physical and volumetric weight.
6. We are not responsible for any customs/taxes/duties/charges that are levied by the local government agencies and/or authorities.
